The National Service Scheme (NSS) at Achariya College of Engineering Technology in Puducherry is a dynamic platform for engaging students in community service and promoting social responsibility. Through various programs and activities, NSS empowers students to address local needs while fostering personal growth and civic engagement. From organizing health camps and environmental conservation projects to conducting awareness campaigns on critical social issues, NSS actively involves students in making a positive impact on society. With a focus on skill development, leadership training, and youth empowerment, we have adopted the uruvaiyar village, ensuring we meet all necessary requirements for the benefit of living hood. Function of NSS
The National Service Scheme (NSS) serves multiple functions:
Community Service: NSS organizes activities like cleanliness drives, health camps, and environmental projects to address local needs.
Awareness Campaigns: NSS conducts campaigns on social issues like sanitation, literacy, and environmental conservation to educate students and communities.
